Yesterday, I participated in shooting the summer A to Z Vintage lookbook. Photographer, Patrick Trautfield shot five models, including myself, in a 1800s vintage inspired home. The unique house, along with the gorgeous models produced some very lovely images. Alaina Zieman, owner of A to Z Vintage styled some beautiful outfits, including Dior pants with a silk top, custom studded shorts with leather and floral tanks and some rad vintage tees. Be sure to check Alaina's website and like her Facebook page. She is quite the lady! Take a look at a few Instagram shots from yesterday and keep yours eyes open for the entire lookbook which should be up in a week or two!

Surrealist artist, Frida Kahlo, inspired the For Love and Lemons Summer 2012 collection. The collection is entitled "Viva la Vida" or "Live the Life." Photographer, Zoey Grossman, who has been featured on Feel Free Fashion before, shot the collection. Inspired by Kahlo's work, the images start out with artist John Chan's portrait of model Valeria Efanova and close with a quote by Kahlo. Grossman's images are wonderful and evoke the passion for love and life seen in Kahlo's work. Check out the full summer collection on the For Love and Lemons blog!

Brisbane based line, Talulah, debuted their Spring/Summer collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia. The collection gave off a sporty feminine vibe with tons of prints, cutouts and florals. Models wore long, natural hair and all sported the same strappy pastel heels. The geometric, pastel prints truly stole the show. There was a lovely mix of both flowing and form fitting dresses and tops throughout the collection. Some highlights include the very low cut royal blue twist dress and the coral, purple and green geometric printed top and matching pants. The use and mixture of pastels, prints and cutouts was done so well and effortlessly. This line is gorgeous and one to remember from MBFWA.
